This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through shelljokeshop.co.uk operated by Shell & Joke Shop ("we", "our", or "us").
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General
All orders are subject to product availability. While we try to maintain accurate stock levels, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may:
- Ship available items
- Contact you regarding unavailable products
- Offer the option to wait or receive a refund
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order details and delivery location.
All charges are displayed before payment is completed.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request made within 30 days of delivery
- Item unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of delivery.
- Customer covers return shipping initially
- Approved claims will receive reimbursement for return shipping costs
After approval, customers may choose:
- Refund
- Store credit
- Replacement item (if available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Delivery Time
Handling Time:
1–3 business days
Economy Shipping:
5–8 business days (Free)
Standard Shipping:
3–4 business days (£15)
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
We operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.3 Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
4.4 Out of Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable:
- Available items may still be shipped
- Backordered items may be shipped later or refunded
4.5 Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery where possible
- Contact us immediately with photos/details
7. Insurance
All shipments are insured.
7.1 Damaged Items
If an item is confirmed damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund.
7.2 Lost Orders
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already shipped, returns must follow the return policy above.
